IRKUTSK, Apr 29 (PRIME) -- Mass production of the MC-21 medium-range aircraft featuring Russia-produced components is to be started in 2024, Governor of the Irkutsk Region Igor Kobzev said in his Telegram account on Friday.
“Deliveries of MC-21 planes featuring locally produced components are to begin in 2024… An investment program to reach mass production has been launched. It will be implemented in 2022–2026,” he said.
